There are many parks and public open spaces across Exeter, each one offering it's own bit of peace, calm and enjoyment. Most people will go to the park to walk their dog, have a stroll or kick a ball. The trees grace us with shade and colour as well as being living ladders for adventurous children to climb. Our shrubs on the other hand provide ground cover, natural fencing and homes for our wildlife. Young or old, parks are a great place for people and wildlife alike.
Below is a list of the parks and public spaces across Exeter. Please note that most of this information was sourced from the exeter.gov.uk website. This also includes Playing Fields, MUGA's (Multi-Use Games Area) and Skate Parks. If there are any mistakes or any places that are missing me please let me know via the Contact form. The official Exeter Council park finder can be found here.
