The Exeter Council park finder has the location wrong for this play area and points you in the direction of an open green space. They are quite close so it's worth checking both out if you are nearby. The green space can be found here. The play area is quite small and better suited for the younger ones. There are 4 different bits of play kit but there are no bins or benches. There is only one tree within the play area which is a Birch. There are plenty of trees along the fence including Common hawthorn, English oak, Field maple, Lawson cypress, Manna ash and Sycamore.
