From what I can tell - this is the Exeter Council 'Hylton Gardens' play area that is on there park finder. However, there are no official signs - so this could well be maintained and managed by the local housing estate. It is a small park with enough bits of play kit to keep the younger ones amused. The play area includes an agility trail with wobble bridge and a multi-play unit. Not really enough space to play ball games though. It does have nice views and Flowerpot Gardens isn't far away. There are no trees within the park itself, but there are a couple of mature Ash trees just around the corner.
TREES
There are no trees within the park itself due it's size. The nearest place for a good amount of trees would be Flowerpot gardens or Exwick cemetery.
