Allotments are just as important as our parks and public open spaces throughout Exeter. Although some allotments won't have any trees they do have a very positive effect - both for the environment and the local residents. Some allotments are quite small and may only have basic amenities such as water, whereas some will be pretty big and include parking, toilets and even a trading hut. Typically fruit and vegetables are grown on the allotments which provide food for our very important pollinating insects.
There are currently four allotment sites in Topsham - to find out more please click here. A more detailed breakdown of the plots is listed below. If you are looking for up to date details you're best off checking the exeter.gov.uk site.
