​Impact: Adding 200 'dwellings' will mean an additional 200+ people and X amount of vehicles replacing the current fields and hedgerows. The increase in general pollution and noise will be greatly increased. It is unclear of how many trees will be planted per dwelling or person. The existing hedgerows will be maintained and improved.
