Impact: Several Buddleia shrubs are likely to be removed by the entrance corner. The cover photo shows several small upright trees - most liklely a type of fastigiate such as Field maple, Beech or Oak. The added footfall of up to 51 people across this 1 / 2 / 3 bedroom block of flats will increase general pollution. The biggest concern is the site is next to a busy round about and will further add to congestion. Lack of car parking will cause residents great frustration and will see an increase of cars being parked in other nearby communities.
