Pink Hawthorn (Crataegus laevigata 'Paul's Scarlet') - Cowick Barton playing fields. Planted in Autumn 2020
Information: This was a replacement for a recently felled Sycamore tree and is a welcome addition. Although it will be a much smaller tree than the Sycamore in size it will still provide a lot of nature value as the flowers are great for insect pollinators. When in flower this part of the fields will be a stunning pink.
Landowner: Exeter City Council (Public land)
