European Hop-hornbeam - (Ostrya carpinifolia) - Western Way green space - Winter 2020

Information: This is a newly planted tree and is next to the mature cherry and elm tree. There are very few of these in Exeter so will hopefully grow well and add some new character to the area. The nearest 'match' for this tree would be the European Hornbeam which we have a fair few across Exeter. There was no tree cage installed during the initial planting of this tree.
