This is a great park and is certainly worth a visit if you are shopping in Topsham. It has a huge amount of trees and plenty of play equipment to keep children of all ages amused. There is also a good sized field for dogs to have a bit of a run. It also runs along the river Exe and has beautiful views. Within the park is a small patch of ground plants which is nice as most parks seem to have just grass and trees. There is also a grassy mound which is great for the very small kids to adventure on. All in all - this is one of the best parks in Exeter. The only downside is the parking - there isn't any! You'll probably have to park on one the nearby side streets and walk down which is a bit of a nuisance. The Gold bus runs through Topsham and the stops are very close by.
